Serenity Saotupe

Serenity's role within the team is to help carry the load that happens behind the scenes. Serenity is a multi talented consummate professional with a range of skills and experience to compliment the front line staff. This includes: Customer support, Liaising with vendors & purchasers, Administration duties, Putting together marketing collaterals, campaigns etc. Ensuring compliance guidelines are met and adhered to. 

Serenity brings a youthful side to the team with an eagerness to learn and master all things administration. Serenity's new found love for the role enables her to find ways to solve problems and work efficiently on her own. Serenity is community minded and having come from a big family, Serenity knows what it’s like to have empathy and also have a desire to help those in need.

For over 3 years Serenity served in the Otara Status Youth Collective that catered to the Pacific Island community. It was there Serenity was able to plan and come up with ways to impact the community. It’s with this upbringing and family support that allows Serenity to make an impact wherever she goes and she takes her role within Team Lisa seriously. The absolute professional.
