Paul Dudding

Paul is a highly experienced licensed agent with a top-notch track record. He now holds the license for J T Realty in which he also assists with all compliance, legal, management and admin matters. He is a key asset to the team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge for the continuing growth of the business. 

Paul was first elected to the Auckland District Committee of the Real Estate Institute of NZ (Inc) in 1984, served on and subsequently chaired all the major subcommittees, RDSC chairman and RDC panelist nominee, Junior Vice President for 2 years (1988-1990), Senior Vice President 2 years (1990 – 1992) then served 2 years as District President, followed by 2 years as Immediate Past President. Elected to the National Council of the Real Estate Institute of NZ (Inc) in 1993 and served 4 years till 1997. Elevated to a Fellow of the Institute in 1993 and subsequently now a Life Member.

Along with this, he is currently an ‘approved’ assessor for new salesperson entrants into the Real Estate industry as well as advanced students enrolled in the Real Estate course as well as having been a tutor for both Open Polytechnic and UNITEC. He is currently still assessing for The Skills Org and UNITEC.
