Within two days, we will give you a Marketing Proposal Document, which includes:

• a current market overview of your local area
• statistics on recently sold properties near you, which provides an indication of current market value
• recommendations on the method of sale we believe is best suited to selling your home (e.g sale by private treaty, auction or tender)
• an overview of our recommended marketing strategy

Remember, both our appraisal and Proposal Document is completely free of obligation. Whether you decide to proceed with selling your home – or decide to stay awhile – we are more than happy to provide our advice.
